Rafael is a lawyer and senior partner at the company, providing strategic consulting and management services in intellectual property, especially for foreign companies. With over 15 years of experience in the field, he focuses on trademarks, patents, designs, copyrights and unfair competition. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and the International Trademark Association (INTA), where he serves as Chairman of the International Classification Subcommittee. He is also an advertising professional with a bachelor’s degree in social communication. He holds an LL.M. in business law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, an MBA in intellectual property, law and ethics from Universidade Cândido Mendes and a postgraduate degree in data protection and use law from PUC Minas.
